GPU is 11.8tflop, Sony are using a dual heatsink design because the clockspeed is very high for a console (1921mhz)
24gb gddr6 with 4gb reserved for the OS and 1 cpu core is reserved for the OS

GPU has the same feature set has PS5 but its currently 11tflop, however my source tells me that the retail version will be 12tflop.
Ram is the same as PS5 slightly different layout but the same 24gb gddr6 and 4 GB reserved for OS, there is also 1 cpu core reserved for the OS.
SSD is very similar with internal ssd chips on the main board.
