  3. Upon the return of the soldiers, the Daiimad is outraged. The elves only now would deny those brave expeditionaries across the mountains protection and defense? No. This cannot be allowed to stand. Not now. Not ever. This time, the FHR would stand it's ground. FHRDF forces in the major border forts and numerous outposts would be sent word to be on the ready for any and all orders sent to them in the next few weeks. The FHRDN would be told to deny port to any and all Vossik ships until the matter is resolved. Furthermore, representatives would be sent to the Vossiks with an Ultimatum. Either FHRDF forces are allowed to continue though Vossik lands until they reach Vadna so long as they keep to their promise of solely guarding those civilians sent, or there would be consequences up to and including total cessation of trade, deportation of Vossik citizens back to their own lands, and acceptance for the blame if anything were to happen to Vadna which could have been avoided by intervention by FHRDF forces.
  4.
  5. 1. Partial mobilization and preparedness in case of Vossik aggression in reaction to the demands of the Daiimad. Fortresses ensured to be supplied and maintained, training exercises and wargames for the FHRDF well inside FHR borders, and the training of Militia as well as Guerrilla forces in the case of full scale invasion.
  6. As always, the FHR would not make the first move in a conflict, but they would be ready to handle whatever comes next.

  8. 2. Meanwhile, in Vadna, news that no further expeditions would be making their way spread worry thought the town. They were no where near self sufficient yet, and if things were not resolved back home within (Lets say 2 turns), then food stocks would run low enough for mandatory low-rationing for all residents. Commander Alek thus ordered that farms be started. If the homeland would not be able to send more supplies, they would have to make do with what they had. Sacrificing some grain and vegetable stores, seeds are planted. If Denok smiles upon them, it should be enough that if it grows well, the town won't have to deal with hunger. If not, then emergency actions would need to be preformed for the sake of the colonists.
