Detailed description of RDM and the rules reguarding it:

1. What is RDM.
a Propkilling is always RDM.

2. What is NOT RDM.
Killing a person with a hazard sign above them.
Running someone over on the road.
Killing a player near contraband/material forges.
Killing any player attempting to steal items from machines.
Killing a police while a friend is being chased.

Killing a player who is actively capturing your territory
Killing a player while capturing their territory. (Must begin capturing)
Killing a player for pickpocketting any player.
Killing a player for fighting a friend in the street.
Killing a player for griefing. (i.e. body blocking, ghost trapping)
Killing a player for killing a friend within two minutes.
Killing a player for insulting you in-character/PM/Advert/911.
Killing a terrorist.

Killing a player after being attacked. Killing a player inside of a base or on your property.
Killing a player by accident during a gunfight. Be sure to apologize.
Killing a player for stealing your property. (i.e. healthkits, boosters, drugs)
Killing a player attempting to raid the bank while you have a deposit in place.
Killing the arresting officer once out of prison.


Side Notes:
When you are killed, ask for the reason you were killed before making accusations.

Punishment:
Punishment is at discretion of administrator and will be between an autoban and a 2 week ban.
