Kirara Fantasia General - Troubleshooting FAQ

1.- Is this game only available to play in Japan?
No, but you need to download the app from a third party source if you don't have access to a Japanese Google Play/iTunes account, like Qooapp/apkpure for Android or a direct apk link (like the one provided in this pastebin) and for iOS devices you can follow the usual methods about getting a JPN iTunes account to buy currency in the game and get it from there, but it seems that you can play it if you are able to download the game from the Applestore or whatever (I honestly have no clue).

2.- Why am I unable to get past the first "Loading..." screen? The bar is stuck at 3/4 and it never moves from there.
This is an error that supposedly happens when you are running an Android device on version 4.x or lower. I have no idea if this problem happens on iOS in a similar or different fashion. If you are running an emulator, follow this quick guide (be aware that some anons have reported to be unable to load the emulator like they did normally in Android 4.x, I don't know why this happens but it must be related to their hardware specs.)
* Download 3.6.7 version
* When you create a new instance, make sure its android 5.1 and not 4.4
* Install APK(I used the dl here since I didn't feel like downloading qooapp the 10th time)
In my experience, using the out of the box MEmu 6.0.1.1 (or something like that) advertised in their official download page worked, even Out of the box Nox worked while the game was on maintenance for me but I decided to move to MEmu given some anons told me the app didn't load for them in Nox.

2.5.- Why am I unable to get past 49.9% in the initial download of assets?
There are a lot of reports on this particular issue. Some people say that it got fixed on 1.0.3, but while on 1.0.2, some anons reported that activating LTE on their phones let them continue their download successfully. There are other problems with this download, like continuous disconnections that force you to tap retry each time to continue the download which seems to be really annoying. As far as emulators go, some anon reported that connecting and reconnecting to his Wi-fi connection helped like the LTE alternative on phones, I honestly can't say anything more given I don't know what causes this problem if it's even an isolated one. For now, be sure to play on 1.0.3.
On another topic, MEmu is semi bugged for me and at least another anon where updating the apk manually (1.0.2>1.0.3) seems to be impossible given the emulator detects it as the same version, replacing through Qooapp seems to work, but if you don't want to use it, you might be forced to uninstall your previous version of the game to be able to update it. Remember to make a transfer code.

2.75.- What's this error 105 that keeps popping up?
Something really annoying that plagued the game and forced you to go back to the main menu, supposedly server side thus affecting everyone. It's not as prevalent now, but it might return in the future. There's also error 102 related to transfer data problems. I've had it pop up for different reasons in a 105 fashion, though. Error 102 was reported to be fixed by some anons.

3.- How do you re-roll (do multiple initial summons until you get what you want) in this game?
This game has a nice feature where you only need to press a red button while doing your first roll to recycle your first ten-summon until you get what you want, if you want to keep re-rolling, you only've to keep tapping it until you are satisfied with your initial roll. NO CURRENCY wasted.

4.- How do you secure your account in this game?
You need to make a transfer code. After finishing the tutorial, you are able to navigate freely through the game. Go to the menu in the main window, go to 設定・その他　(Settings-etc.), and click 引き継ぎ設定 (transfer code - called Data Transfer in the image), click on the first button and input a password for your auto-generated transfer code and confirm it. If you lose your data on your current device, you need to input this transfer code in the main window of the game to transfer your "lost" account. Be advised that these transfer codes expire after some months have passed, so be sure to save at least a screen-capture of it or simply write it down with its expiration date or something.

5.- Can I save an account with a transfer code and re-roll immediately?
Not immediately. But if you are going to save that account, you will need to delete the data on that device manually through the app settings in your device, given clearing the data in the main menu of the game (the big red button of death) deletes the account entirely even if you transferred it already (this means that if the device where you pressed the red button was still attached to a transferred account it will end up deleting it on BOTH devices if such an action is performed, basically don't do it unless you pressed OK accidentally in your first roll and was forced by the game to play the tutorial when you want to keep re-rolling). If you want to roll faster while saving some transfer codes, you'll need root access to delete some shared_prefs files that work as your ID account. This way you won't need to re-download everything every time you save a transfer code (like in other mobage), given the big red button lets you keep your downloaded assets, since it only deletes your ID.

6.- How do you add friends?
Use Kirara characters as Guests while doing quests, then press the right button to request their friendship when the quest ends.
Search for player IDs in MENU > 設定・その他 (Settings-etc.) > フレインド　(Friends) > フレンドセ検索 (Search Friends) and inputting their ID in the first box. Your ID is depicted and ready to copy down there.

7.- How do you set your Supports?
Go to the menu, click on 編成 (Formation) and then go to サポート編成　(Support Formation).
