- i want to game switch my server

- Our system allows you to flexibly change your cloud gameserver to another game at any time.
- To do this, proceed as follows:
- Click on "Games" in the Gameserver overview on the left in the menu item under "Settings".
- There you will find two options. "Available games" and "Other games".
- The first option contains all games that have the same (or lower) slot price as your current game.
- You can switch between these games for free.
- The second option contains all other games we offer. In this case there are additional costs involved as they have a different slot price.
- Once you have found your game, you can download it by clicking on the download icon displayed at the right of the game.
- After the download you should update your browser once (reload page). The game should be listed above under Installed Games then. After that click on the blue button & the game will be activated.
- Afterwards you can start immediately!

- weve been experiencing alot of connection related issues on our main server 74457 , our backup server has the exact same files loaded and runs fine , is there maybe an issue with the connection on the main server ?

- Ahh on the gameserver this is unfortunately not possible. :/ I can otherwise offer you that we move your server to another system if you like.

- i cant forsee an issue with ram or cpu allocation it seems sufficient , there are only between 5-12 slots occupied when it happens

- i click eat and a minute later i eat , i type in chat and it takes 30+ secs to appear

- getting frustrated , server keeps failing to start with a massive ping and when it does run its got a massive delay between player interactions , chat and menu interactions , we've had migrations to other servers , we payed to upgrade again to get ddos protection and its still playing up . we have another server from yourselves that runs the exact same files and database and has no problems

- we had lag issues on last host machine but no problems starting etc
