it is unfortunately impossible for us to carry that much extra luggage on our bike tour. Further, your house is listed on Airbnb as a hotel, so it is completely unexpected that essential amenities such as bedsheets are lacking from the list price.

I must admit that I overlooked the mention of additional costs within the house rules, mistakenly assuming that it pertained solely to general guidelines and not essential amenities like bedsheets.

Considering these circumstances, I kindly request your understanding and cooperation in canceling my booking and providing a full refund. As a guest, it is crucial for me to have a comfortable and hassle-free experience during my stay, and the lack of bedsheets has significantly impacted my ability to enjoy the accommodation as expected.
