super cap 64

Super Cap 64 v2 Changelog:
-Increased the volume of some sounds, some sounds were too quiet
-Added drowning sound
-set up a clean empty file game, pretty sure the one I zipped before had my save on it still
-There are now sounds for every mario action in the game besides the intro screen/file select (but there are some sounds that play on file select)
-Might do later: retexture some stuff (jail dabbing goomba face maybe™)
