Why do you want to join the staff team (50 words) I want to join staff team because ever since I worked my way up from support team to admin ( I was aiming a senior admin) on arma life metropolis i've loved the feeling of dealing with and completing cases. I would say i'm very good at dealing with cases and dealing punishments regardless of my relationship with the accused. When I was admin and I saw that there was a large number of support cases that needed to be dealt with and there was hardly any support team on I moved channels and helped the support team go through cases and speed up the process instead of leaving them in there waiting 20 - 30 minutes for a simple technical problem I could help them with in 5 minutes.

Why should we chose you over other applicants (50 words)

You should choose me over other applicants because I have had alot of experience in a staff and support role and possibly work up to a high rank within the staff community. I can dedicate a lot of time and effort into the staff team and help people lower than me with cases I did this with trial staff on arma life to get their cases and experience up so I knew that they were ready to become a moderator and later on an admin. I am a friendly person who anyway can have a laugh with and just to chill and talk about random things.

Do you have any experience as staff: I was admin on arma life and support team on a couple of other servers that I can't remember.

What is you're biggest weakness: i can be too forgiving.

What are you're biggest strengths: I am a good communicator. I can deal with cases professionally and quickly. I can maintain my calm even when someone cannot.

What skills can you bring to the team (50 words)

I can bring good communication and professionalism while still having a good time. I am a good talker and if someone is getting angry I'm very good at calming people down and making sure the situation can be dealt with before it escalates and someone says something they're going to regret either to me or someone else.
