  52. Regarding non payment of bills towards the above said account for a net
  53. outstanding of Rs.2467 which is not paid from past few months. This is to

  55. further legal proceeding.

  57. legal letter which will be initiated from Lokadalat.

  128. I will like to point out that I have placed the cancellation request a long
  129. back and it is still active. I am not using it from many days and I want it to
  130. be cancelled as soon as possible. The 7 days processing time should be counted
  131. from the day I requested for the cancellation not from the day when you
  132. acknowledged it. Because there is a difference of more than 10 days and I will
  133. not pay the rent of these days. The bill settlement must be from the date of
  134. cancellation request or with your policy 7 days from my cancellation request.

  152. After this mail I received more than 10 to 12 calls on different dates from Airtel asking me to reconsider my decision of cancellation. To all these calls I clearly said that I have already decided to cancel the connection and has requested the same in Feburary and will not pay anything more than 7 day policy of yours. Even clearing it out every time that I want the cancellation as soon as possible and I will not the pay any bill generated for these days due to delay in action and response from your side it is very shameful to say that there was not action form your side. You further delayed it more and more.

You cannot delay the process of cancellation according to your wish and expect customers to pay hefty bills without any usage. I ask for a new correct bill generation as soon as possible. I will only pay the bill form the 7 days of my initial cancellation request according to the regulations of airtel.

  189. You have to look into the matter and take appropriate decision. You cannot directly go ahead sending me mails and calls for the payment of bill without understanding my concerns.
  190. I have a full proof of email conversation which clearly shows when I have requested for the cancellation of connection. You cannot neglect it and ask me to pay any amount as a bill.
  191. As I said I am ready to pay the bill according the correct Airtel policies of disconnection in 7 days from the request.
  192. Furthermore, I am making it clear that I will like to hear from you on my request of generation of correct bill any other calls on my cellphone or emails forcing me to pay the wrong bill will be treated as a harassment and I will be forced to log a complaint against Airtel in consumer court.
