A letter to the offices of Peter Franklin, PBBC CFO

Dear Peter,
It has come to my attention that while top officials in PBBC have enjoyed the finer things in life (live music, fresh seafood, and swimming with dolphins), we must reappropriate certain funds.

I have spoke with John Bacon Jr. about investing in more web presense, street teams and cultural significance programs. I propose we shift funds from the defense department, to investing in more public relations and smaller subsidiaries.

The following is to be considered:

1. The funding of MindWaste - A talented artist part of Suddenly Rich Records.
Funding approx: $50,000

2. The funding of social programs - Math, science, life skills and general street smarts education. Teaching the future to be self-reliant while still maintaining a grasp with communities.
Funding approx: $150,000

3. The funding of small business - It is important to fund and push forward small businesses for the future of society. More co-ops, more targetted niche markets, and of course investing in main street shops
Funding approx: $500,000
