  1. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Welcome to Pauper Classic Tuesdays!!!! As always, sponsored by the awesome people from the MagicOnlineSociety. I huge thank you to BoBoFraggles for keeping the PCT dream going!!![sB][sB][sB][sB]
  2.
  3. [sB][sB][sB][sB]While it is not required, I'd like to request that everyone pm their opponents when the round starts. It is a common courtesy and nice thing overall. Thank you[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  4.
  5. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Before we begin. A new rule will be in effect! Because we now have so many people playing (Thank you all), reporting your match has become even more crucial than before. If you do not report, you make things harder on me and especially harder on everyone playing because I have to chase you down, make everyone wait until I get the correct result. This has gone on too long. Moving forward, not reporting and forcing me to chase you down will most likely result in a warning.[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  6.
  7. [sB][sB][sB][sB]If you load the wrong deck: If you realize it before game 1 officially begins, you will simply restart with the correct deck, get a warning and whoever won the die roll the first time will keep their choice of play or draw. For example if Player A wins the die roll but player B has the issue, when the new match starts, if player B wins the new die roll, they will choose to draw if player A wants to keep the play.
  8.
  9. If you finish the game 1 without realizing it but still tell the host, it is up to the host to either have you restart into game 2 with a warning or give a game loss. For example, if Player A wins game 1 but notices they have a small mistake and loaded the wrong deck, the game will be restarted and Player B will concede game 1 while player A will get a warning OR the host will issue a game loss, the game will restart and you will go into game 3 with the loser of game 1 getting play or draw choice.
  10.
  11. If you do not say anything and continue to play like nothing happened, the host has the right to issue a DQ.[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  12.
  13. New rule, from now on. If you have a no show and don't pm the host about it and especially if you report it as a victory without letting the host know first. The host reserves the right to DQ you from the tournament.
  14.
  16.
  17. [sB][sB][sB][sB]1 warning means do not do this again. 2 warnings means I reserve the right as the host to choose whether or not you get a match loss. 3 and beyond 3 warnings means I reserve the right as the host to issue you a DQ. The third warning, if I so choose to go through with it and I issue you a DQ, there is no appeal, no questions asked. You have been DQ'd for this tournament and I will see you next week.[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  18.
  19. [sB][sB][sB][sB]One thing I want to make clear. I do not personally single people out and I do not play favorites. Whoever you are, winning record or no. Warnings are final and penalties are Final. This includes Dqs.[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  20.
  21. [sB][sB][sB][sB]When you do not have an opponent. PM me WHEN the No Show time happens and NOT before. Failing to PM me about this matter will result in a warning![sB][sB][sB][sB]
  22.
  23. [sB][sB][sB][sB]I want to also make this clear, when it comes to the rules, I take them much more seriously for the top 8. What this means is the penalties might be more severer for something as minor as say, loading the wrong deck list at first by accident.[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  24.
  25. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Tables will be set up in Constructed – Pauper – Tournament Practice Room. Make sure to give both players 25 minutes and the table Must Be Open To Watchers! If you do not open to watchers, you will get a warning. You Must Also Label Your Room as a PCT Match! Failure to do so will also result in a Warning. If you get a second Warning, you will get a game loss. If you receive a 3rd Warning, you will receive an official DQ![sB][sB][sB][sB]
  26.
  27. [sB][sB][sB][sB]To avoid random's joining your room, please add your opponent as a buddy and make your room buddies only. This should make it easier to get things started[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  28.
  29. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Before you begin, PLEASE!!! Make sure the opponent you are playing, MATCHES THE NAME OF YOUR OPPONENT ON GATHERLING! Sorry for the caps, but it must be done![sB][sB][sB][sB]
  30.
  31. [sB][sB][sB][sB]If you do not open to watchers, you get a warning.[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  32.
  33. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Remember you are not allowed to speak in others matches! Please remember this rule!If you break this rule, it will be issued in a Warning.[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  34.
  35. [sB][sB][sB][sB]To see who you are facing, go to your player CP on gatherling.com, refresh the page and at the TOP! you will find your pairing and that is also where you will report your results and you may drop at any time[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  36.
  37. [sB][sB][sB][sB]If your opponent disconnects. Wait to see if they come back, if they don't and either run out of time or magic online says they have been gone for 10 minutes and says you win the match, it is indeed a win for you and you can report as such.[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  38.
  39. [sB][sB][sB][sB]The No Show Win Time means that if your opponent does not show by that time, you may report a 2-0 victory on gatherling.com[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  40.
  41. [sB][sB][sB][sB]We can now use the discord server to chat and check pairings. To use the discord chat and have your message show in the #PCT on mtgo, you must first put #PCT then your message. However!!! When you need to contact your opponent, do it on MTGO! DO NOT! DO IT ON DISCORD![sB][sB][sB][sB]
  42.
  43. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Please say in the PCT Chat before hand if you go AFK. It isn't fair to the participants and/or hosts if we need you for a results check and you are nowhere to be found. It delays the tournament and is a big problem.[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  44.
  45. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Draws are only allowed in the last round of swiss!!![sB][sB][sB][sB]
  46.
  47. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Please PM your opponent to let them know that your table is up![sB][sB][sB][sB]
  48.
  49. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Please label your matches *Example PCT Round 1 Arctic_Ghost[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  50.
  51. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Before you actually start your match, make sure the person who joined your table is your actual opponent! Please and TY[sB][sB][sB][sB]
  52.
  53. [sB][sB][sB][sB]Please Take Note. We here in PCT DO NOT tolerate bullying, unsportsmanlike conduct or unsportsmanlike language in any way, shape, or form. Violating this rule will be issued into a warning or possibly an outright suspension. Once you accumulate 3 warnings, you will be suspended from playing in this event for a period of time chosen by the hosts of PCT. We encourage a nice and friendly environment here in PCT and ask you all do the same![sB][sB][sB][sB]
