  1. Xzorbix Won't Stop
  2. You may have recently seen the thread that was opened regarding an acquisition by Xzorbix, a new startup web hosting company. We know that they are acquiring new web hosts, but they will not leave us alone, despite us declining the offer of acquisition.

  16. We've repeatedly told them no, but they will not stop asking. It's as if they think that by asking repeatedly is going to give them a different answer. Right now, I've counted 7 times that they've contacted us within the last 30 days, each time we decline the offer. Should I reach back out and tell them no again and tell them to stop sending it (I have a feeling this isn't going to work). What are your recommendations? They are using tickets to submit their inquiry, which is holding some of our customer's issues up in the queue. I really want this to stop.

  20. Block their emails?
  21. That's the thing, they have been sending it from a different email almost every time. We'll try blocking the ones that they have used to send from already, but then I have a feeling that they'll just keep using other emails. Honestly, it's becoming bothersome because it's been almost every single day for the past 5 days we receive one from them 7 of them within the past 30 days. I understand that they're trying to gain clients by acquiring them, but I will not allow them to keep doing this.
  22.
  23. If it's via email, use filters to find a common thing like the business name in the body. Also check IPs of connecting mail server(s). Unless it's Gmail, you may be able to block there. Lastly, I'd contact their upstream.
