  1. Diets high in protein should be minimized. Increasing the amounts of salad you eat will make for healthier joints. How we carry ourselves has a huge effect on our joints also. Remember, every time we move, we move a joint or two or three or more, and if you have allowed the joints to get out of alignment, there will be joint pain.
