Windows Disk Cleanup tool

very simple.
For SSDs (only this) : open settings in windows 11 -> search for "delete temporary files".  This is quite enough.
For HDDs, the : open settings in windows 11 -> search for  "Disk Cleanup".  This is quite enough.

This is not a regular cleaner. Only use it if need to shred HDD and system as described on the website.
