[15:13] <~Kroked> Luna: the igloos is warm, and dim as you lay in the cozy cot, Nate sitting next to you, you're pain is still there, but now that you know Nate is fine, it doesnt seem as keen anymore
[15:14] * Luna slowly reaches up and tugs lightly on Nates ponytail
[15:14] <~Kroked> Nate's been silent, contemplative, and he turns when you tug with a small smile "Hey, you should be sleeping."
[15:15] * Luna giggles "Sorry, just woke up. Im still gettin used to the new you, ya know?"
[15:16] <~Kroked> he smiles sheepishly "Sorry, I guess I felt I needed a bit of a change in image, I'm not just a vagabond anymore after all."
[15:17] <Luna> "Dont be sorry, it looks just as good as the old look. So whats goin on in that head of yours now? Seems like somethin is on your mind more then normal."

[15:24] <~Kroked> "Second, the one that sort of.. revived me after Kaia, the story of how we met's kinda complicated, but to make it short, we met in nona, and i helped her make it through, after that we went back to her world, where we married. never had any kids though, she was to dedicated to her job" he smiles wryly

[16:30] <Luna> "Dont make me train you all over again, but sorry.. continue"
[16:32] <~Kroked> "Right, anyways, she was a cop. A really good one of I have to say so myself." he gives a smile as he remembers past events "She was proud to, I remember I tried to help her once, and i /never/ tried to do that again. she gave me hell for it. She was a proud woman, and wanted to do her job of her own merit, not my help."
[16:33] <~Kroked> his face turns downcast "Course, I regret not being more stubborn myself now"
[16:33] * Luna covers back up and nods "She sounds nice.."
[16:35] <~Kroked> "Yeah" he says, still sad
[16:36] <Luna> "Well, dun stop there, it helps to talk remember?"
[16:36] <~Kroked> "She died in service"
[16:37] <~Kroked> "She was just unlucky" he shakes his head "She was 29 when it happened."
[16:37] <Luna> "Is.. it ok if i ask how?"
[16:38] <~Kroked> "She got shot, standard operation went wrong. it could have happened to anyone"
[16:38] <~Kroked> "...But I should have been there"
[16:39] <~Kroked> "If I had, maybe, maybe she wouldn't have died"
[16:40] <~Kroked> "She wouldn't want to see me talking like this. I know she died doing what she believed in, how she believed in doing it, but..."
[16:41] <~Kroked> "It's like I told you. if I die, i can just keep coming back."
[16:41] <~Kroked> "For you guys, for normal humans... you're so... fragile"

[16:42] * Luna reaches out for Nates hand and gives it a squeeze "You were just doing like she asked, its alright.."
[16:43] <~Kroked> nate nods slowly "Yeah... yeah I know. I've always known. It's still hard though. That's why, I was kind of happy, that for once I was actually able to protect a girl I loved, I know it must have been terrible for you, to see my body die but... I was happy"
[16:45] <Luna> "..Just dont make a habbit of it.. i know you see yourself as replaceable, but it doesnt make it hurt any less.."

[16:48] * Luna nuzzles her head into the pat "Like i said, dont make a habbit of it. We cant keep going through nates every few days."

[16:50] * Luna poutes "Aww.. no more stories?"
[16:50] <~Kroked> he smiles "What, you want more? One not good enough for the Greedy miss Luna?"
[16:51] * Luna flashes a wide grin back up at him "Of course not, I wanna hear more about you. If you want to save some for later thats fine though i guess.."
[16:52] <~Kroked> "Maybe tomorrow night. I can't be keeping you from recovering, I'd be a poor boyfriend than wouldn't I?"
[16:53] * Luna pats herself on the chest "Heh, this is just a scrat.. owww... Ok, maybe some rest would be better.."
