Blitzcrank Matchup:

Summoners:
- High Elo: Flash Ignite
- Mid Elo: Flash Ignite
- Low Elo: Flash Ignite

Runes and Build:
- High Elo: Conqueror (Aggressive or Standard, doesn't matter)
- Mid Elo: Conqueror (Aggressive or Standard, doesn't matter)
- Low Elo: Conqueror (Aggressive or Standard, doesn't matter)

Why?:
- High Elo: Free matchup, Blitzcrank requires a teammate to be able to win lane, so you go Conqueror for free scaling to become insanely strong late game. Best to take Standard Conqueror as that has better scaling than Aggressive Conqueror
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Same as High Elo

How to win?:
- High Elo: If he ever hooks you, he'll die, as that's a free gap closer for you. Matchup is free as heck.
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Same as High Elo

General Tips:
He has ok gank setup. Only reason why I'm putting him as a threat of 1/Tiny is because his gank setup isn't as good as Alistar's or Amumu's because it requires him to land a hook first, though, don't get baited and hooked under his tower.

Starting Item:
- High Elo: Doran's Blade or Cull
- Mid Elo: Doran's Blade or Cull
- Low Elo: Doran's Blade
- All Elos: Make sure to stock up on potions every back, don't bother with refillable as it'll heal only 125HP compared to health potions that heal 150HP, even though refillable always refills each back. You only get 2 refillable potions compared to health potions where you can get a max of 5.
