Yuya's POV

	"Where did we just land? it doesn't look like any Synchro Dimension to me", I'm wondering.

	I am part of a group of duelists called Lancers, who have just teleported away from our homeworld in the Standard Dimension. Declan, our "leader", wants us to travel to the Synchro dimension to recruit allies there for the coming battle against the Fusion Dimension. However, the place we just arrived in seems to be completely dark except for a large star in the distance. As I look around, the ground starts shaking and a huge metal worm-like bug bursts up from below.


Shay's POV

	"They say the early bird gets the worm, so I summon Raidraptor Revolution Falcon. ATTACK!", I yell. I place a card on my duel disk and a big metal bird appears in the sky overhead. at my command, it fires a barrage of missiles at the big metal worm monster. The worm doesn't even flinch.

	"Your missiles won't work against that Gaichuu", a voice yells out. a boy with white hair is rushing towards us, carrying some kind of gun. A girl with golden blonde hair is right behind him. She has some kind of white-furred rodent on her head.


Lag's POV

	Niche and I had just finished delivering a bunch of letters when we saw a light flash off in a distance, in an area I knew to be Gaichuu territory. Niche and I rush towards the light and see a worm Gaichuu burst up from below. A weird bird appeared above the Gaichuu and shot missiles at it. As I approach the area where the light flashed, I see a bunch of individuals I've never met before standing around. there's a boy with green hair wearing an orange shirt and green pants, a tall boy with silver hair wearing a blue shirt and white pants, another tall boy in a purple cloak and black pants (he's the one who summoned the weird bird), a kid in a blue hoodie and grey shorts, a boy with blone hair wearing a white shirt and red pants, a tall man with a black pompadour wearing a white martial arts uniform, a girl with purple hair wearing a red shirt and red shorts, and an orange-haired boy wearing a blue and brown vest and black pants.

	I aim my Shindanjuu, a gun that fires Shindan (bullets created from the memories, or heart, of the shooter using a substance called Spirit Amber), at the Gaichuu as Niche circles around and points out its weak spot. Niche's "pet" Steak leaps down near the Gaichuu's weak spot. I fire my Shindan as Niche grabs Steak away. The Gaichuu disintegrates when my Shindan hits it.
