  3. British are easy mode with spitfires, The japs get the Rapeboat called the H6K4.
  4. Germans get fun stuff like a flying 50mm cannon, Americans get the flying fortress and 50.cals everywhere.
  5. Russians get rockets; so many rockets.

  7. British focus on dog-fighting and large caliber bombs. The spitfire mk1 is arguably one of the best aircraft in the game.The beaufighter tears down bombers like tissue paper, Typhoons and hurricanes are dakka incarnate.
  8. wellingtons get 4000lb bomb- nuff said.

  10. Americans focus on fast hit and run styles "Energy fighters" they don't turn to well but have a lot of firepower and normally have under-slung bombs for killing ground targets. Their bombers are solid, hard to kill and are very well defended.

  12. Germans focus on dog-fighting and some higher tier aircraft are 'energy fighters', The bf-109 and fw-190 is where the funs at. The Me.410 U/4-C has a 50mm Fuck-a-bombers-day gun; Hard to use but hilarious when it hits something. German bombers carry a large payload but are slow and poorly defended.

  14. Russians are a perfect mixture of 'energy fighter'/ dog-fighter, most of their aircraft can turn quite well, and have the climb rate to bounce away. Most Russian aircraft carry lightweight bombs, or rockets- Such as the IL-2m Strumovik. Russians love their ground attack aircraft like the pe-2 and the tu-2. Russian bombers such as the YeR-2 ACh/30-late C carry a HUGE payload of 5 tons and are fast and hard to knock out of the sky.

  16. Japanese are all about speed, speed and more speed. They generaly can't survive long in head to head conflicts and as such are great for in-and-out operations, While they do turn and climb well; their damage is sub-par. Japanese bombers are fast but carry little payload to compensate; but have great defensive armament.

  20. CREW TIME!
  21. CREW EXP POINTS ARE GENERATED AT AROUND 2.5 POINTS PER 1000 EXP GAINED IN AN AIRCRAFT; DO WELL GET MORE POINTS.

  23. you get 10,000 exp in one play, that right their is 25 crew points.

  25. Quick overview of the skills
  26. Pilots;
  27. Keen vision; The range you can see stuff.
  28. Visibility; the chance of you seeing stuff.
  29. G-force training; This affects your ability to withstand G-force*hurr*, this makes black-outs and red outs less common and in historical this is VERY important; that black edged screen is gay as shit in a dogfight.
  30. Stamina; Take a guess.
  31. Vitality; This is a given.

  33. Gunners; THESE SKILLS ARE ONLY USEFUL FOR THINGS WITH TURRETS; NOTHING ELSEEEEEEE
  34. Number of gunners; if this number does not match the number of turrets on the plane *it'll tell you at the top* you will suffer penalties to the gunner skills*
  35. Fire accuracy; The chance of those vodka drinking slavs hitting shit with that twin 50.cal
  36. Fire precision; the chance that the actually hurt the enemy plane.
  37. G-force; This keeps your little slav buddies shooting in high-g turns.Stamina; Take a guess.
  38. Stamina; Take a guess- again.
  39. Vitality; This is a given.

  41. GROUND CREW; EVERYONE USES THESE!
  42. Repair speed; the time it take to repair your plane in the hanger and on the airfield in-game gets reduced the higher this number is.
  43. Repair rank; You need this number to match the level of the aircraft to have it get repaired faster in the hanger.
  44. Reload speed; Reload them bombs/Rockets/mg's/cannons/torps-everything faster
  45. Healing speed; the time it takes to fix your buddies on the airfield.

  47. MASTERS AND EXPERTISE;
  48. this represents your crews advancement; get the number you need for that plane; ie. 150 for a LAgg-3 and then pay the lions; and 6 skills; the two view range, the two gunner accuracy, reload and repair speed all go up by 30, reach the enxt number, ie 345 for LAgg-3 and pay GOLDEN FUCKING LIONS! and get +50 to the 6 skills.
  49. THIS MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE; IF YOU LOVE A PLANE- BUY THIS EXPERT LEVELS! IF YOU WANT TO BE FULL JEW; GO ACE!

  85. Remember; chasing a bomber in your bi-plane is stupid unless it's head on; Avoid b-17's, H6K4s and PBY's unless you like to die.
  86. Pick your targets well, use terrain intelligently. CAP BASES THAT'S LIKE 5000 EXP RIGHT THERE!

  88. Choose what plane you like the best;
  89. Be warned; Planes have an 'exp bar' When that fills up; the Exp bonus on that aircraft is gone; but the money bonus stays. So you can play all the aircraft and level fast; or play a select few; have fun and advance slowly.

  91. TYPES OF COMBAT/ BOMBING!

  93. DOGFIGHTING!

  95. This is the most basic form of A2A combat; I recommend a Spitfire or a ki-63 for this; they are nice and cheap planes to learn this.
  96. Dog-fighting is essentially; getting behind the enemy- blasting is ass and staying behind him no matter what he does. Learn to watch his movements and match them, And keep and eye on that lead indicator, Eventually you will be going 9-0 no time.

  99. ENERGY/HIT AND RUN!

  101. This is a little harder; THis requires fast hard hitting or special aircraft; the XP-38, P-61, Beaufighter and N1K2 are prime examples.

Get high, about 2-3km, find a target, Go into a dive about 2-3km out from your target and match his flight path, Build up all the speed you can, When you are in firing range, let all hell break loose; Doesn't matter if you miss; Just keep going and climb like a motherfucker; you want out before he can turn his ass around to break you. Use that speed to get a nice height and distance and repeat.

  105. BOMBING!

  107. High alt Bombing; Get High, like 4k+ and Press F7; Simple- Easy.
  108. Just make sure to watch your alt and that no-one has come up to get you.

  110. DIVE BOMBING!

  112. Get high, Like 3-4k, Find a target, Line up; when you are about 1km GROUND DISTANCE away, go into a dive 60 degree+ and drop a few with that nice little bomb target that pops up, pull out and get high agian.

  114. FLING BOMBING!

  116. This is tricky; Mostly for ground attack aircraft; Go fast; Like as fast as you can; Find a target; Line up. When you get close start pulling up to make your bomb reticule move forward along the ground then release when the bomb is over the target; This effectively increase your bombs drop range by "lobbing" the bomb, The same can be applied in a sharp turn.

  118. BOMBS, ROCKET AND TORP SELECTION!

  120. Always use rs-132 rockets,
  121. Always use the lighter torpedo; it's AP.
  122. Use Mod 80 bombs, anything with 'type' in front is AP. without is HEAT.
  123. Generally it is better to have 4 250kg/500lb bombs then 12 50 kg bombs, Depending on map; you'll have to find what works best for you.
