Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories 50% FAQ (15-card mod)

Q: What are you trying to do?
A: Unlock at least half the duelists (20) and get half the cards (361) into the library of Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories, thus completing 50% of the game. I am playing the 15-card mod version of the game, in which you win 15 cards per duel instead of 1.

Q: This seems arbitrary; why not just play 100%?
A: The main reason is that you can route which cards you want to win, fuse and buy, rather than being forced to obtain all of them. This adds a challenge similar to the Pokemon Fire Red round 2 speedrun. This category is also MUCH shorter than 100% (2-3 hours to complete, rather than 20).

Q: What are you playing on?
A: ePSXe, an emulator for PS1 games.

Q: What is the world record?
A: I just made up this category, so no one has completed a run of it.

Q: How do you get a card into your library?
A: By winning the card, fusing for it, or ritual summoning it. Most cards are won, but some can only be fused for or ritual summoned.

Q: What's the route like?
A: Farm a variety of duelists who drop lots of uncommon or rare cards -- for example, High Mage Secmeton. Avoid farming duelists like Teana who drop almost exclusively commons.
