  1. Clarity Rating: 2 Good
  2.
  3. Explanation: Overall, the topics were conveyed in an understandable manner; however, the way each topic was discussed and presented made it hard to hold onto and process the things being conveyed. Instead of conforming to such a rigid conversational structure, I would try to allow the conversation to move more freely and naturally. Also, speaking more expressively would help convey more emotion and hold the listeners' attention.

  5. Opposing Perspectives: 2.5 (or 2 if halves are not allowed) Almost Perfect
  6.
  7. Explanation: There were many opposing perspectives put onto the table over the course of the podcast. Unfortunately, there were several instances in which the opposing opinion did not make sense or felt out of place. To improve the presentation and make "Opposing Perspectives" a 3, make sure to follow through with any thoughts that will come up again later. Also, make sure you double-check all the facts about each subject and make sure everyone has the same information, to avoid unnecessary conflict.
  8.
  9. Appropriateness Rating: 3 As Close to Excellent as Humanly Possible
  10.
  11. Explanation: The name from the very start helps to make the podcast stand out. If anything, the quirks regarding the podcast made it more appealing to that of the teenage demographic. While it may not scale up too well for the older generations, that alone is not enough to take off points. Although, one thing that would make the appeal greater for all ages would be to get the structure down and relax. A naturally flowing conversation which presents ideas in a thoughtful and engaging way is the best way to achieve mental retention and conversational continuity.
  12.
  13. Content Rating: 3 Pretty Much Perfect
  14.
  15. Explanation: From the very beginning, it is made explicitly clear that the podcast is about the inalienable rights from the Declaration of Independence. In fact, it is made so clear throughout the podcast that it does somewhat detract from the overall experience. Of course, the category of Content does not necessarily care about this part so much, hence the 3; however, in future podcasts or other similar activities, mention the premise of the podcast one or twice throughout it and trust that the audience is smart enough to remember and retain it. Doing this would also limit the amount of circling needing to be done to "link the conversation back to the beginning."
