Any previous punishments on Faithful?: Yes I got muted once last year.
Any past experiences in being a staff member: I'm mod on Zelix and I have been that for a month now. I've learned how to SS and how to be more flexible when it comes to support rooms and helping people.
Why do you want to become staff?: I want to become a staff on Faithful cause I like the community and I have alot of experience in this so I wanna use it on something big and succesfull! I love to help people and being a staff is the perfect job for that! As a staff I can help people and that keeps me motivated to do more stuff in my life. I also want to join this awesome community as a staff member so I can make it even better! I have a few friends here aswell and I wanna staff with them :)
Why should we accept you as staff?:

The reason you should accept me as a staff member over another applicant is that I know what I am doing at all times, I can pretty much take any situation thrown at me. Here I will list a few things in order to make it easier for you to understand. Now when it's summer brake I can be very active and help the server!


Screen Sharing:

In my opinion, I was very good at screen sharing on Windows pcs, however I need a little more training. I knew how to find many clients and I think I could easily achieve SS Verified if I get trained abit! I could ss with tools but I wasn't that good without tools. Screen sharing is one of the most important aspects of being a staff member since you can punish the so-called "closet cheaters."


Support Rooms:

I can handle support rooms with ease, whether it's mass or normal, I know how to assist a player with there needs. I can handle players being toxic with the manner of myself not cussing back. I check waiting rooms ever so often (5-10 minutes) to see if a player needs support. If they need help I will do the best to help them!


Cheaters:

I can spot cheaters very easily, whether it's legit or blatant settings, I can tell when a player is using velocity or reach modifiers, aim assist, auto pot, macro/auto clicker and basically every cheat / illegal modification there is, I know how to detect if a player is cheating and how to deal with them.


Professionalism & Maturity:

While assisting a player, sitting in a staff meeting or something else that needs to be taken seriously I will be as professional as I can, this means that I will pay attention, not make any jokes and lastly, not speak when others are speaking. I will always assure that the players are fine with what I say. For my age I would say I am very mature, I know how to handle situations and when to not crack up jokes.


Patience:

Dealing with players is hard sometimes so it's important to be patient. Some people may not speak good English or just don't understand English at all and if you ever face a player that has those issues you have to be patient. I think that I'm very patient and I will always wait for someone else when they are talking or doing something else. I don't tell people to rush things or do things fast I will wait for it to finish. Lets say that I'm in a staff meeting and I want to say something really badly but it's not my turn. Then I will just have to wait for the person to finish talking. Well the thing I wanted to say is that I'm very patient haha.


Experience:

As you can see above I have a lot of experience as a staff member, in my opinion, this is very important because I already know how to handle different scenarios and situations, this will allow me to expand my thoughts as a staff member instead of going for the basics. With the experience I have, I can also help staff members that are lacking experience, this is very important since if I ever achieve a high enough position that allows me to manage the staff team I will know what actions to give out.


Dedication:

I am very dedicated in my opinion, I will exclude time out of my irl life to make sure I am doing well on Faithful, I will always assure the best of me and make sure I have everything organized to give out when needed. I will try to balance my irl life with Faithful so my grades can be good


Being Respectful & Toxicity:

In my opinion, I'm pretty respectful to players, especially when I'm staffing for a certain network, I will never harras anyone, however, of course, I do joke around with friends and such. I also try my best to stop toxicity that's not allowed in the rules by reading chat constantly.


Recording:

I can record at 1080p 60fps so I can always provide high-quality proof for when I ban cheaters or I see someone breaking the rules!
