- (01:36) For the collectors watching: The stand full of figurines that Hakase is holding is a set of Bandai's Girls in Uniform line of Super Sentai and Rider heroines.

- (06:57) The guy reciting the scene alongside Mitsuki and Yumeria is Keiichi Sato, character designer of Akibaranger (and also of Z-Cune Aoi)

 * Yoyogi is the name of a neighborhood in Shibuya, home to Yoyogi National Gymnasium, an arena that hosted the 1964 Tokyo Olympics opening ceremony. It's also a place you see a shitton of times in Sentai/Rider shows, and also where most of this battle scene takes place.
 * Sujibokehashirigumo: scientifical name Dolomedes Pallitarsis, commonly known as a water spider

- (12:51) The weapon Kozkoz grabs is the Laser Magnum, a gun from Maskman that doubles as a sword.
Kozkoz is also cosplaying as Urara/MagiBlue from Magiranger; her hand pose is a homage to the Magiranger sisters, who liked to do that hand pose during serious battles.

- (22:12) the cited source is IC Sports, a parody of Daily Sports, one of the largest newspapers in Japan. IC is a reference to Denji Dog IC, a robotic companion of Denjiman.
