New Items:
	1) Lucky Gems (Can have either Looting 1-3 or Fortune 1-3 AND Luck at a random value between 0.5 to 2)
	2) Vitality Gems (Can have Knockback 1-2 AND Max Health at a random value between 1 to 4)
	3) Strength Gems (Can have Sharpness 1-5 AND Attack Damage at a random value between 1 to 4)
	4) Swifty Gems (Can have Efficiency 1-5 AND Movement Speed at a random value between 5% to 25%)

New Features:

1) Custom Mob Drops
	a. Rabbits have a 1.25% chance to drop "Lucky Charm" with an additional 1.25% per level of Looting
	b. Ghasts have a 2.75% chance to drop "Vitality Stone" with an additional 0.75% per level of Looting
	c. Wither Skeletons have a 0.5% chance to drop "Skull of Strength" with an additional 0.5% per level of Looting
	d. Vexs will now drop Iron Nugget (0-2) when killed by player

2) Custom Ore Drops
	a. Mining Gold Ore with Fortune 3 has a chance to drop "Lucky Gems"
	b. Mining Emeralds Ore with Fortune 3 has a chance to drop "Vitality Gems"
	c. Mining Diamond Ore with Fortune 3 has a chance to drop "Strength Gems"
	d. Mining Lapis Ore with Fortune 3 has a chance to drop "Swifty Gems"
	e. Mining Nether Quartz Ore with Fortune 3 has a chance to drop Ghast Tear
