Mommy knows best. When mommy says jump, you say “How high, mommy?” If you disobey my commands, you will be punished as i see fit.

Mommy wants Kitten to be happy. If you have questions or concerns about anything, you will discuss them with me. If, for any reason, you really cannot obey mommy's commands, or if you feel uncomfortable with any situation, you will use your safeword.

Mommy wants her Kitten to look pretty. This means that you should be clean, well-groomed, and prettily-dressed at all times. You will describe your outfit for the day for Mommy's approval. If you do not feel presentable, this is not an excuse to not display yourself to me. You may inform me of your concerns, but mommy will decide if she wants to see you or not.

You will dress your self in pretty panties of Mommy's choosing or none at all. You will pick out at least three panties and send Mommy pictures of them. I will tell you which pair you will wear for the next day. If i do not send you my choice, or if you fail to present them, you will wear your cage for the day.

If you disobey any of these rules, you will inform me at the first opportunity. Mommy will punish you as she sees fit.

From time to time, Mommy will set you tasks. You may negotiate these tasks with me at the time they are set and raise any concerns. However, if you fail to complete a task in a timely fashion once it has been negotiated, you will be punished unless you failed to complete it due to unexpected circumstances beyond your control. If you feel that you will be unable to complete a task for any reason, you will inform me as soon as you are able.

These rules exist to restrict you, not Mommy. If i give you a command, or set a task which would require you to break one of my rules, you may ask me if it’s ok to break that rule in order to obey, but you may not use it as an excuse for disobedience.

You will try to behave in a way which will please Mommy at all times. If I think that you have deliberately behaved in a way which would not please me, i may decide to punish you, whether or not that particular behaviour is covered in these rules.

Sometimes Mommy will punish you for my own sadistic pleasure. If you are ever unsure whether you are being punished for this reason, or for being naughty, you may ask mommy. In either case, you will accept your punishment submissively and with good grace.

You will be submissive and respectful of Mommy at all times.

Mommy owns your orgasms. If you wish to achieve orgasm on any day, you will ask Mommy's permission first. When playing with Mommy, you will not cum without my explicit permission, whether or not you have had your orgasm for that day.

During play, you will address Mommy as “Mommy” or “Miss”.

You are submissive only to Mommy. In your dealings with others, you will be neither passive, nor aggressive, but assertive, never bullying, but never allowing others to bully you.

You will wear at least one kitten item of clothing at least once per week.

You will have at least one saucer of milk each day.

If you start to feel self-conscious about anything, you will ask yourself two questions: “Is this really a problem?” and “Can I do anything about it?”. If the answer to both questions is “Yes”, you will take action and do something about whatever it is that is making you feel self-conscious, rather than worrying about it. If the answer is “No”, you will shift your attention away from yourself and towards the outside world around you.

You will go to bed early enough for you to get at least 6 hours of sleep every night. If you are having trouble sleeping, you will call Mommy immediately.
