About the cent, im trying to explain you the difference between playing in offlane or short, this is applyed on similiar hero too (doom )

In offlane you have time when you can't farm (check rune, leech pull exp, block wave, etcetc) so you want to rush tranquil boots and regen while you cant farm.
On short you dont start with rush tranquil boots, they are worthless. So you have 2 choice, one you dont  buy ring of protection at start, tango salve branches and stout shield, or you dont buy boots but only ring of regen on sideshop and ,because you dont want to complete them, you lose the costant health regen.
The goal is to fucking use offalenr all teh regen and then keep pressuring him so he cant' farm.



Mid lane: you dont lose becasuse of the viper, you do because mistakes (block/spell miss / outofposition)

Top lane and bot you dont block the waves and dont deny on short,


Mid lane: tiny wrong starting item ,u need 3branches for 240 mana, PMS on tiny ? wisp dont use theter when tossed and in other occasions.
I dont think you should lose that lane
