  1. Word of the Moon
  2. Heroes with the Word of the Moon can see perfectly in darkness. They need not sleep, and their actions will never involuntarily cause the awakening of any sleepers around them.
  3.
  4. Set either Wis or Cha to 16, or 18 if already at 16.
  5.
  6. MINOR
  7. Still Silence of Sleep (Night)
  8. Commit Effort for the scene and choose a point in sight. All lesser foes within 50 feet of that point must make a Spirit save or fall asleep. You may dictate a sleeping person’s dreams or nightmares if you can see them, though worthy foes can save to resist. You can send and receive messages with your fellow pantheon members and close associates through dreams, if they permit it.
  9.
  10. Moon Presence | Sunlit Sight (Sun)
  11. Commit Effort. Choose a place you’ve been that is currently directly in view of the moon. While the Effort is committed, see and hear everything in that place as if present. Your voice can be heard there by those present.
  12.
  13. Tides of Lunacy | Kiss of Madness/Enslaving Passion (Madness)/(Desire)
  14. Commit Effort. You wield an aura of beautiful madness as if it were a magical weapon, inflicting 1d10 mental damage on any visible target. Creatures brought to zero hit points will either enter your thrall or be left permanently insane in whatever way you choose for the remainder of the scene, regaining 1 hit point in the process.
  15.
  16. Moonbeam Viewing | Know the Path (Journey)
  17. You always know the safest and easiest way to go to reach any location visible from the moon's surface, even those hidden or kept secret, so long as even an inch of it is touched by moonlight. While following a path from this gift, you and those with you leave no trail.
  18.
  19. Quicksilver Step | Hasten to the Light (Sun)
  20. Commit Effort for the scene. Instantly appear in any place lit by natural moonlight or your own radiance, provided it's within one mile. You appear at the nearest valid light to your desired destination. This gift can't move you more than a mile of total distance per hour.
  21.
  22. Terror of Moonless Nights | Suffocating Terror (Underworld)
  23. Commit Effort for the scene and target a single visible creature or up to a Large Mob of lesser foes. Targets must save versus Spirit or be blinded and overcome with a terrifying sense of suffocating entrapment. Affected creatures are unable to perform any actions, and can take a Spirit save at the end of each of their rounds to break the effect. Lesser foes automatically take your character level in hit points of emotional damage whether or not they save; if reduced to zero hit points, they collapse in helpless panic for the rest of the scene before regaining 1 hit point.
  24.
  25.
  26. MAJOR
  27. Darkness at Noon (Night)
  28. Commit Effort for the scene. You bring or dispel night in a radius up to a mile per level. At night, the moon is at whatever phase you desire, while banished night leaves the sun overhead. Optionally, you may ensure that no lesser foe sleeping within that area will wake up for anything but severe physical injury, or send them specifc dreams.
  29.
  30. Speaker in Dreams (Night)
  31. Commit Effort. You can communicate with anyone you have seen before via shared dreams they recall perfectly. You can also spy on their dreams to get an idea of their greatest concerns and learn their location. Unwilling worthy foes can make a Spirit save to resist.
  32.
  33. Glory of Flora | Thrall to Desire (Desire)
  34. Commit Effort for the scene and choose a visible intelligent target. Lesser foes become utterly and permanently enthralled by the Godbound, providing any service that is not outright suicidal. Worthy foes get a Spirit saving throw to resist this power. This enthrallment lasts until it is dispelled, the subject spends at least 24 hours without
  35. having at least fve minutes of focused personal attention from the Godbound, or the Godbound releases the victim.
