  1. Abilities as a whole:
  2. Any ability with a positive passive effect will always be active, given its turn priority. These include the "onModifyAtk," "onBasePower," "onModifyMove" and more categories. Furthermore, remember that Full Effect does not change when the effects are activated, it merely satisfies the condition for them to be activated.
  3. Note that note all "if" statements or abilities for that matter will be activated, as if the effect is either negative or a simply different and not better from the base effect, then it won't be affected.
