  23. fused pokemon EVs now determined by the body
  24. Removed same species fusion restrictions.
  25. Mega evolution and Alolan form sprites are now used for self-fusions when they exist
  26. [Only the sprites and types change. They don't have the stats or abilities from their megaevolutions/alternate forms]
  27. DNA Splicers now work according to the order selected
  28. regular splicers average the pokemon's levels
  29. super splicers take the highest level
  30. Now possible to use Team Rocket's machine to create legendary triple fusions (limited to legendary trios) [LATE POSTGAME]
