Sharing a product license (or login credentials to share a support license), is a Terms of Service and Support Policy violation.&nbsp; It is a very common scenario when the person/company purchasing the license is not the same as who will be using the product. You can easily fix this in under a minute with the steps below.&nbsp; There you can assign Srini as the licensed user while you retain ownership.&nbsp; You can also swap out the licensed user at any time.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

Here are the steps:<br />

1.&nbsp; Go to the <a href="https://www.telerik.com/account/manage-licensed-users" target="_blank">Manage Licensed Users portal.</a><br />
2.&nbsp; Unassign yourself from the license<br />
3.&nbsp; Assign Asif as the Licensed User (using an email address)<br />
<br />
At this point, the assigned user will be able to log in to Telerik.com using their email address and access support for the DevCraft Ultimate license.&nbsp; If you have any trouble assigning the developer as the Licensed User, or any licensing questions, let me know and I can have the sales team assist you further.<br />
