Hello, Blizzard support people.

I would like to suggest that you:

1) Notify the users when you change the program they've bought. Please include a full description of the changes. (You changed character's talents and you changed the content in the form of monsters and areas without any description of the changes, just the 3 talents that were affected). The tooltips for the talents are still erroneous at time of writing.

2) Implement a queue for the authentication server, so that people do not need to retry until the auth server can accept the connection.

3) Use proper errors. When the servers are down, as they often are, people are given innumerable different errors: 37, 73, 74, 3003, 3007, 315300, etc. - Why does Diablo 3 tell me, once every 30th try, that my credentials are incorrect (I'm copy/pasting them and they work eventually)?

4) Make the auction house's completed list able to show the stats of the sold item. The sell value and the title of the item is simply not enough.

5) Add more search fields, so that you can search for up to 7 affixes for the items. 3 is not enough to find specific items you want.

6) Add all missing affixes in the drop-down box in the auction house search fields. There are belts with increased attack speed, why can't I search for them? Why not damage for off-hand sources/mojos? Why not attack speed on quivers? Etc.

7) Fix the bug with the broken increased attack speed afffix on Boj's Anglers. Some boots spawn with a different affix than the correct one, but it tells you that it increases attack speed while it does not. If the wording is slightly different then it works.

8) Fix the quest-reward system so that the fastest way of leveling up is not just doing "Zoltun Kulle 4 x glitch" runs (a method to get the reward 4 times for 1 kill - ask if you need more information).

9) Add a feature on auction house to search for/order by current bid, time left, DPS.

10) Please extend the "Description" box on your ticket system,it's too sh
