I don't know you personally very well. From my limited interaction with you, you strike me as a decent guy.

And you handled this the worst way possible.

Now, here's how I see the situation. It is strictly my opinion, and based off my own experiences and prejudices. You don't know me, or have any reason to believe a word I say. In the end this is your server, and your responsibility. Here goes...

I have been the head admin of a large gaming community with hundreds of active members for the past 9 years. I'm not saying this to measure dicks with you, but rather to illustrate where I draw my experience and opinions from.

You have surrounded yourself with the absolutely worst people for administrative position on a supposedly conflict RP server. When you announced the promotion of Beast and Landora I didn't know if I should laugh or cry. I can't imagine a worse fit. Maybe Ody.

Landora is a self centered social climber. She makes everything about her, and has not once in her life accepted RP consequences. Case in point, she spent two seasons raping, raiding and mutilating others. But when forces were gathered against her (completely ICly over the span of two days) she started crying. Worse still is that you backed her avoidance of consequence.

Beast is an emotional manipulator and is mentally unstable. She is NOT fit to have any position of power. She's all kissy huggy to you in DMs, and you're bending over to her will like a pet. You have never outright refused her. I know, because she does that to everyone, and because she did that to me. Only difference is I don't hand out pussy-passes and told her straight up to stop doing that. So after two weeks of being my BFF she moved on to dig her claws into you.

Horizon does not accept IC consequences for anything. The only times she allows herself to "lose" is when it is predetermined and preordained with the other side. And from what I heard, she was spewing bile in admin chat because Beast and Landora cozied up to her. Hell, she even told me a few weeks back she no longer wants to RP with me anymore after we've played together every day for months, and I've never had any OOC issues with her. I can only speculate at how that came to be.

These are the people you rely on to set the example on what is supposed to be a conflict RP server?
This will never work. You will only have more drama and problems. And I can only guess that you will promote Beast and Landora to full admins to fill the gap.

Rick and Ifra aren't perfect, but they are by far the most kind and accepting people I have met in Conan. If I had to choose, I'd pick them over the crazy chicks you surrounded yourself with every single time.

The screenshots of people discussing the smear campaign you and/or the current administration have been waging against Rick and Ifra are not painting you in any better light.

I know you don't need or want my advice. But I will try anyway.

You need to reach down into your pants and find your balls. Have the courage to say no to their every whim. If I were in your shoes, I would get rid of Landora and Beast and put them back in their place. I have dealt with their sort countless times before, and they are a tumor that will keep killing your server as long as they have power and influence. There will be kicking and screaming, but long term it is the only solution.
