- Introduction: summarize the announcement and answer the question in one sentence
- The class, Survey of American Literature, will not be held this semester. Students have the option to join a class about Literature of Minority Groups, or they can register for a different class. The woman wants to choose a different class for two reasons.
- Body: explain the reasons for the woman’s opinion
- The first reason is that she wants a more challenging class, and the Literature of Minority groups class would not be challenging. It includes a lot of Hispanic literature, and the woman is Hispanic so she has already done most of the reading.
- The second reason is that the class is probably large, and she wants to have a smaller class. She feels more comfortable discussing things in a smaller class.
- Conclusion: Because she wants a smaller, more challenging class, the woman will speak to the Registrar’s Office to change to a different class.
