Site has been giving constant traffic (350/day) over last 10 months. But I started drip feeding new PBN links recently. Pace was one on each day.

Started building these new backlinks after gap of 4-5 months. This seemed spamy to google and traffic dropped to 1/3 within a week. I stopped building backlinks and on no improvement in traffic, deleted the recently built backlinks in one go. Which again was a mistake
The kws have dropped to bottom to page 1 while earlier they were ranking on middle of page 1. So, still not bad.
What can I do next?
Would 301 to high RD aged domain with more content be a good option???

Give it time, seems you act hastily on a whim. SEO is long term, never over react when something happens quickly. You have to let G dance play out before you draw conclusion. Personally id add the links and give it a few weeks.
I had also faced same problem with some unwanted or unrelevant backlinks after that and i disavow some backlinks and remove my website from webmasters for few days. Then i again index website and created new content link to homepage and gives social boost also created some high authority backlinks. Now everythings works fine even increase my traffic too from past. You can also try this method this is not mandatory. I just shared my experience maybe this also works for youi bought 10 pbn links too which was spam too i sent for disawo 2 was removed but others are still there.Google take much time for this so stay relax and watch when its be back

Even if you build one per day, they still take time for Google to find natural and index. Either way, acting within a week of rank volatility is too immature. Whenever you're making big changes to your site, or in the middle of a link building campaign, make sure you have the stomach to sit on your hands for 1-3 months.
Technology Company Siemens and Cloud Giant Alibaba Cloud Agree to Launch MindSphere
Technology company Siemens AG (Siemens) and cloud giant Alibaba Cloud have agreed to launch MindSphere - an open cloud platform or Internet of Things (IoTQ) operating system - on the Chinese mainland. Siemens has headquarters in Munich, Germany and is a globally renowned provider of technology for a number of industries. Alibaba Cloud – also known as ‘Aliyun’ – is the cloud computing branch of the Alibaba Group and caters to 2.5 million customers globally.

The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Berlin, Germany earlier this year after agreeing to work on ‘Internet of Things’ (IoT) activity in China. The latest agreement between Siemens and Alibaba Cloud sets out an action plan for implementation of MindSphere. MindSphere was developed by Siemens and makes operational data accessible through digital applications called ‘MindApps’. These enable businesses in a number of industries to make business decisions based on the huge amounts data the apps process. Typical applications of the MindSphere solution are in area such areas as vehicle fleet management and automated production.

'MindSphere on Alibaba Cloud' will be available to customers in mainland China by the end of March 2020. “We are encouraging our customers around the world to embrace the digital age: with over 250 digital offerings and more than one million connected assets, built on our large installed base around the globe,” explained Siemens’ Digital Factory Division CEO, Dr Jan Mrosik”.
