It has come to my attention that there has been the possibility of a misappropriation of city funds to tune of $10,000!!!!

This is a #TroyCrazy FOIL for the time sheets, time records or any verification of work hours for #TroyCrazy City Council Confidential Secretary Emily Rossier.

Surely these records are not confidential as her purported NO SHOW position apparently may have been!!!!

Also, please provide the signature or authorization of who verified these work hours and who authorized the bi-weekly payment to Ms. Rossier.
