PERSONALITY: She's quite blunt. Unless she really cares about a subject, she isn't likely to give an opinion. She can be pretty selfish too. If she notices something is wrong, she doesn't say so. She saves herself. She struggles to express her feelings, seeing as she doesn't have many at her disposal. When she does experience the occasional uncommon emotion, she is unable to say as much as she should. Speaking of emotions, she's good at keeping hers under control. Except for her anger, her angry is a different story. It's like a bomb, ticking quickly and quietly until the time of detonation, then it goes off with horrifying power and intent to kill. Her full wrath is a fate most are lucky enough not to face. She, ever the perfectionist, gets angry at the slightest things, but some things she reacts to more intensely than others.  The one thing that she does consistently show emotion for is her mother and younger sister. She tends to float through life without seeming to care. She doesn't fight for justice, or protect the innocent, or aim to please, she does what she needs to do to survive. Her senses are always on high alert and her reactions are quick. Her drive for survival and focusing on the task at hand causes her to sacrifice things that others might not want to. She doesn't show guilt, but she feels it immensely behind closed doors. She claims she isn't insecure, she's just severely self-aware. Seungyeon is generally quiet, so she is good to confide in, even though she might not really seem to care.

BACKGROUND: Her mother was married off to her father, a wealthy and well known businessman, very young. It was a loveless marriage, considering she was the 3rd of his 5 wives. He stopped appreciating her when she failed to give a son for the 3rd time. He was never a loving person but seemed to dislike Seungyeon's younger sister the most. They were always moving around. She lived on every continent other than Antarctica at least twice. Sick of moving around with a husband she couldn't stand, her mother moved them back to her hometown of Paju when Seungyeon was 12. Her father still tried to communicate for the sake of looking good in public. Haeyeon was constantly sick whilst growing up, so Seungyeon always took care of her and was very protective. That's when the bulk of her anger issues developed. Kids picked on Haeyeon for being physically unable to do a lot of things, and Seungyeon was always at her side. Many people thought Seungyeon was rude and avoided her because of it. Jiyeon tried to help, being the likable person she was and many people treated her better, but Seungyeon began developing a hard exterior and pushed everyone away. She was always either drowning herself in schoolwork or silently helping around the house. Her mother had her attend therapy every week in hopes of getting her once joyful daughter back. She discovered she really enjoyed singing even though she isn't the greatest at it. She first discovered her powers on her way home from therapy at age 14. She was walking home and someone tried to mug her, when she screamed for help it was something unlike anything she had ever seen before. She hadn't told her mother because she didn't want to worry her.
