Fakeout: Adrian Adams given she has issues with both engarde and shelly, but she was not directly involved. however, she was contacted by Lisa Basil who wanted to recruit her and used her debts as blackmail
Culprit: Sal Manella

Victim: Jean Armstrong, Adrian Adams (not killed)
Accused: Desirée DeLite
Fakeout: Viola Cadaverini - Debt collector, both Jean and Adrian had substantial debts.
Culprit: Isaac Noble, younger sibling of Valerie Hawethorn from Morgan Fey's ex-husband. He is lured into joining the group due to his grudge against the Fey clan, although his anger is more toward Morgan's branch of which Redd and Lisa purposefully do not clarify.

Bad Group:
Morgan Fey - grudge against Phoenix and Maya, killed off to try and frame Maya but instead Pearl was framed
Chatha Meo - Avid follower of Morgan Fey, who eventually goes crazy and thinks killing Morgan to frame Maya would be perfect, but Morgan isn't aware of this plan and isn't a fan of it lol, killed off to frame Iris. Name is an anagram of Theomacha, one of the 9 sorceresses sisters of Morgan Le Fay.
Redd White - Grudge against Phoenix, Maya, and Mia, the mastermind behind it all and uses his money, influence, and blackmail to force the respective killers' hands
Lisa Basil - No real grudge seen but is entranced by the wealth Redd White has as well as looks forward to expanding her information network. She's pragmatic.

Why each victim:
April May - Redd White's former secretary, Redd White is concerned if she's left alive and these murders occur, she may point the finger at him, so she's the first to go. They use a petty criminal to do the crime since there would be no trace back to any of them and he can be easily disposed of without much concern. Gumshoes was a convenient scapegoat to throw suspicion on.

Matt Engarde - Phoenix's defendant who tried to use him to force a not guilty verdict, leaving a deep scar in both Phoenix and Maya. As Shelly is far too dangerous to actually get rid of, it would be easier to get him convicted, and since he has history with threatening Engarde, he's the perfect person to accuse. Sal Manella was used because he's easily enticed by a pretty woman, and is lured into committing the crime by lisa basil who tells him that killing engarde would be like removing the stain that the nickel samurai left on the steel samurai series.

Adrian Adams, Jean Armstrong - As she was contacted by Lisa Basil she became a liability and needed to be gotten rid of in case she were to speak to the police or anyone about Lisa's involvement. The plan was to originally pin the blame on Jean Armstrong due to his debts, but he refused to cooperate so he needed to be killed as well. Desiree who happened to be eating at Tres Bien was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Morgan Fey - She was an integral member of the group and Redd White was concerned she may turn on them and reveal information in her old age. However, Chatha went rogue and killed her to try and frame Maya when she learned that Maya was visiting Morgan. However, she misread the information and didn't realize it was Pearl who was visiting Morgan and haphazardly had to pin the blame on her instead. This is very sloppily done and the only reason this case takes as long as it does is because Chatha is intentionally sabotaging Phoenix and Maya's efforts.

Bikini, Chatha - The intended target was Iris but after Chatha's blunder Lisa determined it would be smarter to kill off Bikini and frame the crime onto Iris. They later instructed Chatha to kidnap Iris to make it seem like Iris was on the run from the police, and subsequently killed Chatha off to give Iris a second victim and to get rid of Chatha as she was no longer rational and would be a detriment to their plans.
