Pokemon Black/White to-do

Pokemon BW1 timing/framecounting to-do list:
- Woobat vs. Pidove in Nuvema
- Bianca in Dreamyard cutscene (after cutting, before Plasma)
	- Top and bottom tiles are the same speed. Middle is slower
- Talking to Lydia from the left vs. bottom (Satomi is faster, but Lydia requires additional tiles)
- Talking to Lenora from the left
	- SLOWER
- (Audio transition lag reduction) Optimal amount of frames to waste in Lenora's room
- Tile to enter Burgh cutscene (outer pinwheel forest)
- Tile to enter gym street in Castelia
- Tile to enter Castelia Plasma cutscene
- (Audio transition lag reduction) Might be faster to get on the bike after the bridge cutscene and bike a few extra tiles? As oppose to running
- Reshiram/Zekrom cutscene (Dragonspiral Tower)
	- Reshiram (White) is 0.8s faster
- All Zekrom/Reshiram cutscenes (N's castle)
	- Exact same speed
