- started off with empo+ches as you asked, added rotom initially for a torn check and general bird check, the spdef talon for zardy gard clef etc, after that, hazard removal was vital, so i went with 2 attacks def starmie as it checks keld and spins, which is preferable on this type of team over defog for obvious reasons. now this is where it got convoluted. zard x was a huge threat at this point and i needed role compression of phazing+rocks (originally on empo) and a zardx answer. removed empo and added mixed def hippo, what this does is phaze, beat zard x, and give an answer to mega manectric which rocked the team before. from here i went with cm roar cune to compliment the hazard stack and provide a wincon. mega sciz is there to trap the latis (which before the team had no real answer to) and to beat weavile, which was previously a massive threat. sorry i couldnt keep empo obvs but i feel that it needed to go for the team to not autolose to a lot of shit. enjoy and test and get back 2 me with any problems !!!
