- Explanation
- ===========
- This is my first submission. Glacial freezing will be like the abilities snow warning and ice body, but heals 1/8 max health instead of 1/16. When Glaceon is hit by a physical attack, special attack will go up by one stage. Glacial catastrophe will be using three different moves at once, for the ultimate effect.
- I understand that if my submission does not follow the guidelines listed on the forums without providing legitimate reasons on why I chose to design it this way, my submission may be edited or removed entirely without any warning. (Y/N) [If it's no it's automatically rejected]:Y

- PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IN THIS FORM IS FILLED OUT. I DON'T WANT TO CHASE EVERYONE DOWN BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T INCLUDED EVERYTHING. AND YES, THIS INCLUDES THE Y/N REGARDING TO THE TERMS AND GUIDELINES.
