[18:23]	* Night_Sweep	parks her ship just nearby Spectre's, still in midair. She looks mildly curious, if anything. "What are our plans for this place?"
[18:24]	* Little_Gloom	pipes up, wondering, "Have we checked the ship for treasure?"
[18:25]	* Sedgewick	perks up. "Yeah! Let's check it for booty!"
[18:25]	* Night_Sweep	hmmms, and descends below deck to actually check.
[18:25]	* Cloud_Dancer	stretches herself out a few moments, then heads down the gang plank, "Oooh." looking around at the weird landing park, then up towards the thing on the hill, "Hey! What's that thing!?" staring up at the weird building.
[18:26]	* Brother_Spectre	trots down from his ship - and towards the two chariots parked in the lot, checking them for valuable items.

[18:30]	<Sunrise>	Night Sweep, Sedgewick and Little Gloom scootaloo down to the lower deck of the ship. Here there's some beds and several lockers. Searching through the lockers they find some changes of clothing, all military crewmen dress. In total they find two healing potions, a packet of Mint-als, two grenades and a box of 7.62 ammo (120 rounds) Below this deck is a rather large pantry filled withdried food
[18:31]	* Little_Gloom	opens one of the pantry cupboards and steps in, the door closing behind her.
[18:31]	* Night_Sweep	quickly pockets the healing potions, being in shortage herself, and the mint-als, figuring someone else might reclaim the war instruments. She also grabs a pair of military dress, because one never knows.
[18:32]	* Little_Gloom	trots out of the hold of the Zanzebra, catching up to Cloud_Dancer. "Feeling better now, Admiral?"
[18:32]	* Cloud_Dancer	spreads her wings and quickly takes flight over towards the personal chariots, taking some time to swiftly search them over. She wasn't going to let something interesting get left behind just because somepony else thought it was worthless junk! Fun things were everywhere, if you knew how to search. Blinking as Little_Gloom caught up with her, "Admiral..?" tilting her head
[18:32]	* Cloud_Dancer	to one side, "I feel okay. Still feels all wrong inside." leaning down close and whispering to Gloom, "Do you think you can have a piece of yourself... Stolen?"
[18:34]	<Sunrise>	Spectre checks the two chariots in the park. He finds one is a little oddly parked; across three parking spaces. The other is more regimentally parked up in the corner of the park. Spectre searches through the oddly parked one and finds several empty metal suitcases with mouldy old padding. The other chariot contains a small lockbox and an old weathered .32 mawgun.

[18:34]	* Salve	is... Still asleep somehow... But wait, he moved! Oh, just rolled to his side, nevermind.
[18:34]	* Sedgewick	sorts through the clothes, looking for the fanciest hat.
[18:36]	* Brother_Spectre	pokes the lockbox a few times, then sees if he can get it open
[18:36]	* Little_Gloom	considers the serious question and slowly nods.
[18:37]	* Cloud_Dancer	gently reaches a hoof out towards Little_Gloom and pats her on the head, "It was awful! Like something... Something crawled into me and made off with some piece of me! And now I feel all weird inside. LIke something's missing. But I don't think I'm missing any organs or anything... I don't feel sick..." she sniffles a little, "I'm scared, Gloom..."
[18:38]	* Tani	glances towards Cloud_Dancer with a bit of worry, but turns back to watch Brother_Spectre work.
[18:38]	<Sunrise>	Sedgewick shifts through the lockers before heading to the steps leading to the front deck. At the bottom of the steps here is the ship captains hat he threw off before engaging Sedgewick in a duel. It's very angular and has a sharp sloping point that sticks up at the front and a tiny bill that angles down.
[18:38]	* Little_Gloom	looks worried. "Maybe something... ate part of your spirit?" A terrified expression passes behind Gloom's eyes. She abruptly hugs Cloud_Dancer very tight.
[18:39]	* Sedgewick	grins happily at his find, and places it carefully on his head. Stylish!
[18:39]	* Night_Sweep	is standing by Sedgewick while he's sorting out clothes, feeling somewhat embarassed. "Sedge... what do you think we should do with Gloom? She is still going with that dating thing... should we stop her?" she says, also why did she ever ask Sedge for that advice? Probably just asking for all opinions... yeah, let's go with that.
[18:40]	* Cloud_Dancer	blinks at the sudden hug, wiggling a little bit from it, "I don't know. But it felt -awful-. And... And I think it got Goldie too. She was all unconscious when I woke up.. And... And I'm worried about her... And it feels awful inside." wiggling and spreading her wings, slowly wrapping Gloom in a hug in return, "I don't want to have my soul eaten!" shaking a little all over.
[18:40]	* Sedgewick	has found the captain's mirror and is adjusting his new peaked cap minutely while he responds to Night_Sweep: "Uh... Well. You've known her as long as I have... Do you really think telling her to stop outright would work?"
[18:42]	<Sunrise>	Spectre pops open the lockbox in a single twist of the pick. The lid opens back to reveal a very strange looking piece of electronic hardware. It has numerous tiny spikes underneath and a single stamp of 'CMD.OVRR'on the top of its smooth plated top.
[18:42]	* Night_Sweep	sighs. "Probably not... although, we should really tell her... something before this goes too far. It's in her best interest," she says, noting in the meanwhile how Sedge is indeed looking more stylish with that hat. Has she seen it anywhere before?
[18:42]	* Little_Gloom	mumbles, "Maybe it was the monster thing that came out of the mirror?"

[18:44]	* Little_Gloom	slips back from Cloud_Dancer, looking gloomy. She turns her gaze upwards, looking at the ship which Night_Sweep and Sedgewick are together on. Alone. Together. "I bet they're kissing."
[18:44]	* Brother_Spectre	looks at the strange device he's uncovered, wondering what it is meant for, and decides to take it and examine it later.
[18:44]	* Sedgewick	regards Night_Sweep levelly. "What about our best interest?"
[18:45]	* Cloud_Dancer	sighs quietly and nods her head, "Maybe... I hope not..." she was afraid about all this, then slowly drew her attention up towards the ship, "I could go ask?" trying to be the helpful pony she usually is.
[18:45]	* Salve	rolls into something while asleep and makes a surprisingly loud clunk.
[18:46]	* Little_Gloom	headshakes. "Nuh-uh. They might stop."
[18:46]	* Night_Sweep	looks at Sedgewick, flabbergasted by the response. "Uh? Wha-... Buh.... What do you mean by /that/?" The implications... she doesn't even want to begin to consider!
[18:47]	* Tani	supresses the urge to dive in and join in hugging Cloud Dancer, instead focusing upon the Colt searching things below. She sees him pull a strange doohicky out of a lockbox. "Hey Sarge, whatcha got down there?"
[18:48]	* Cloud_Dancer	pouts, "Awww..." she spreads her wings and takes to the air a moment later, drifting over towards Spectre, "Find anything interesting!?" he had been rummaging through the chariots before she got there, and Gloom had distracted her from her search. She might feel sick and weird, but that didn't mean interesting things could wait! The wasteland was full of treasure!

[18:48]	* Sedgewick	watches Night_Sweep's reaction quietly. Looking back into the mirror, he resettles his hat. "I think you're a nice pony. If you were a griffin, I think my Ma would be doing the same thing that little zebra filly is doing. With less subtlety."
[18:49]	* Brother_Spectre	turns to Tani after storing the device safely to his bags. "No idea, comrade, but I swear I'll find out. It might be useful, or worth some caps."
[18:51]	* Night_Sweep	takes a second to calm down, and relax her posture. "That's... nice, I guess. But I guess, since I'm not a griffin, heh... I'll have to look for... ponies , yes," she says, as a smile grows back, "I'll take that as a compliment, buy the way. So thanks. And nice hat."

[18:55]	<Sunrise>	Spectre and Tani look about the park, and see Cloud Dancer drifting over to them. Across the other side of the park is a small building with a large, faded, sign outside. Just to the right of the building as they're looking at it is where the road begins to slope up the side of the mountain.
[18:55]	* Cloud_Dancer	lands next to Spectre, "Oooh. Did you find something neat!?" she was quickly moving to shove her head into his saddlebag to check for herself. For being a pony who was just shying away from direct contact she was now back to her 'what is personal space?' standard, it seems. There had to be something cool in here!
[18:55]	* Little_Gloom	watches Cloud_Dancer fly off, feeling worried and a little sick herself. She looks around and, spotting Salve once again all alone, she trots over and gives him a surprise hug.
[18:56]	<Night_Sweep>	"Oh, and there's a pair of grenades in a box, in that room over there. You may want to grab those,"Night_Sweep says, as she goes back upstairs, to the others.
[18:56]	* Salve	is hugged while rubbing his head. Clunking things hurts when you hit your horn at a bad angle!
[18:57]	* Little_Gloom	looks up at Salve. "You okay?"
[18:57]	* Sedgewick	nods and adds the grenades to his growing arsenal.
[18:57]	* Brother_Spectre	lets Cloud Dancer have the device for inspection, and inspection only. "Do not break it."
[18:57]	* Tani	takes to the air, circling around the LZ and gliding closer to investigate the building
[18:58]	* Salve	nods. "Just hit my head, Frau Gloom." he says, hugging her back with his free hoof.
[18:58]	* Cloud_Dancer	lifts the device slowly, carefully, in her hooves. Wings beating to keep herself balanced in the air as she slowly turns it over and examines it carefully. This thing was awesome, and weird, and curious. Yes, something important for something, that's for sure!
[19:00]	* Little_Gloom	sighs a little, hugging again, sniffing him a little. Poor, nice, lonely doctor-pony.
[19:00]	* Sedgewick	joins the rest of the group from the Zanzebra, lookin' pretty stylish with his new peaked cap.
[19:00]	* Little_Gloom	steps back, an idea half-forming. Looking up at Salve, she asks, "What d you think of Mister Spectre?"
[19:01]	<Sunrise>	Tani drifts down to the building as Cloud Dancer studies the highly sensative electronics mid-air. No chance of it dropping to the ground and breaking at all. None. Landing outside the building Tani can see the faded sign post reads 'Twilight Observatory', the building's front door is off its hinges and lying down inside.
[19:02]	<Sunrise>	Inside the Zanzebra the group wind down for the night with the two pairs making small talk about one-another. It's quite warm inside the airship compared to outside, that's for sure.
[19:04]	* Salve	gives her a very peculiar look. "He's a Zteel Ranger, forward, and a little hardheaded. Vhy?"
[19:04]	* Night_Sweep	locks the ship's controls, grabs some rope and tentatively ties the two ships together, so they won't drift apart, and then uses planks to hop down on the Zanzebra, before actually reaching the group on the ground. She notices Cloud_Dancer fiddling with some machinery, "And just what is that, Cloud?"
[19:06]	* Tani	pokes her beak into the building, curiously. She hesitates to enter the confined space without backup, though, so simply scopes out the area.
[19:09]	* Cloud_Dancer	tilts her head to one side, then the other, tongue sticking out of the side of her mouth as she investigates the odd device. "Hmmmm... It's some kind of independent interface which connects to something else." running her hoof over it carefully, "It's got internal power and its own spell matrix built in, so whatever it connects to must be really important!" she slowly closes
[19:09]	* Cloud_Dancer	the case and moves to stuff it into one of her bags, "We'll have to find something to plug it into to find out what it does!"
[19:09]	* Little_Gloom	smiles. She can work with that!
[19:10]	[ERROR]	The command “LOOKS” is not known to the server.
[19:10]	<Sunrise>	Tani can see a rotten old curved desk at the centre of the room with a huge pile of sodden paper scattered around it. On the back wall she can see a certain purple ministry mare reaching up to the stars. 'It's not our cage. It's our destiny!' is written on it. Tani can see a backdoor here and a side door going off to the left.
[19:10]	* Sedgewick	looks over the device in question. "So... uh. What's it do?"
[19:10]	* Little_Gloom	gives Salve one more hug then trots forward to where Cloud_Dancer and Brother_Spectre are playing. "Ahoy, Admiral!" she calls out. "What... do we do now?"
[19:11]	* Salve	notices her devious little smile. "Before jou even zink of anything, I am already married..." he says, half grumbling.
[19:11]	* Little_Gloom	doesn't hear Salve's grumble.
[19:13]	<Night_Sweep>	*/me raises her eyebrows. Admiral? That was new, to her at least. "I was thinking... maybe we should put some more distance between us and that... thing," *shudders*, "and reach some city of sorts tomorrow..." and sell the Zanzebra, oh the flowing caps awaiting!
[19:14]	* Tani	looks back over her shoulders towards the others. There shouldn't be trouble in there, should there? It's not like its a cave system filled with taint-monsters and eldrich abominations itching to cave in at the slightest provocation...is it?
[19:14]	* Little_Gloom	wonders what everypony (and griffin) are looking at.
[19:15]	* Cloud_Dancer	raises a hoof to point towards the observatory, "We should check out that! If somepony brought this thingy all the way out here, maybe it goes to something in there?" She wasn't going to wait for anyone to confirm, instead taking wing and flying up towards the open doorway where Tani was already searching around.
[19:16]	* Salve	meanders after Little_Gloom, intent on keeping an eye on her, and her shenanegains to a minimum.
[19:16]	<Sunrise>	Little Gloom looks between them all and finds them to be staring at- Oh. Cloud Dancer just took off again, whatever it was it was spikey and had a smooth looking top to it. Cloud Dancer joins Tani by the doorway, who is about half way leaning in.
