I thank you for your concern over your governing body Salaz. It shows a
great care for our city and you should be commended for bringing it up.
Yes, as of late, there has been little visibility to those on the
council and we should all work hard to make sure that is not the case.
Statements like yours show exactly how much work we must do to help the
hard working citizens of Shallam recognize their governing body.

Since you have asked so directly I will tell you everything you wish to
know. My name is Jovaras. Now that the obvious is out of the way I will
continue to my qualifications. For some years now I have been the
Crystalline Vizier, but as Narcissus so eagerly pointed out, I was
removed from the position. I state once again that this is not a
reflection of my abilities, but more of a political problem. While I

worked on the Council I was not only an active Vizier, but I was also
one of the loudest. In my time I worked on very few projects, but I was
active in the arena of law and the debate surrounding it. I will admit I
am young, but who wasn't at some point?

It is truly a shame that I did not venture out to meet these people that
you spoke to. I have worked hard to build a reputation of trust, but it
seems that I did not reach as many as I had hoped. I will be working
hard in the future and hope that I will have the backing of the citizens
as well.
