Uh... just a quick explanation

First of all, while my character was approaching IGS, he was approached to by five or six armed men. They were driving a black OldsMobile car and a black Sanchez. I am using their original vehicle names since this is OOC. As I was trying my best to get my character away from the guys, they began to chase me, pit me, and even opened fire continuously. I recall two of them peeking/leaning out of their window while opening fire on my wheels, with intent to puncture or blow them.
Secondly, my character managed to escape all the way to Red County. On his way to Red County, the men came closer and closer, which caused me to lag for a while (approximately 3-5 seconds). I had the same, slight NETWORK TROUBLE (everyone knows about it, so it's definitely not strange) error which caused my game to freeze and their vehicles to flew pass in front of mines. About 5-8 seconds after that occurred, I received a PM from one of them, stating 'RP That'.. I later replied, telling them that it was a lag but they kept telling me to do it over and over.
Thirdly, I was chased for about five to ten minutes straight, which finally led me onto a mountain top where I was shot and gunned down. I expected for the men to give me a chance ( correct me if I'm wrong, but that is what I call 'PowerGaming' ) to RP my actions where my vehicle tires were blown. The men then exited their vehicles, rushing over to my dead body to search for items in my car.


Earlier today, when Admin Krakkfaen was driving about in his party bus (IC Situation), I had the same lag problem where I flew out of the bus, about a mile away from it after my game froze and I am 100% sure he can say yes to that. Most times, my ping is sky high, like... 200-500 and sometimes more... when people are home and using my wifi.
Last but not least, I am now requesting for this ticket/support to be handled by someone higher in the staff team, such as a Senior Admin, Lead or an Head Admin, if possible or applicable. If that is impossible, then I'd be pleased if someone handles it whom is responsible for the staff members of the server because the way that the staff member thinks.. it's just... not acceptable.

NOTE: For some reason, the UCP is not allowing me to mention the character names, so I'll list them below:

And three or four others.. didn't even get to see their names since I wasn't given a chance to do a single thing... All I saw was the 'RESPAWN' icon and my vehicle being entered by two of them.
