Counter Hero: A
A passive skill that reduces the parameters, Noble Phantasm rank, and Skill rank of all who would seek to do Rome harm by two ranks. However, thanks to 'Rome' being synonymous with 'civilization' this skill has its full effect on those who would try to destroy civilization or the 'Human Order' in any of its forms. Against other opponents, stat parameters are only ranked down by a single rank. While normally effective on heroes, thanks to Nero's strong connection to Rome, this skill has been changed.

Charisma: A+
A Class Skill of the Saver Class: Charisma at the highest rank possible. It's more like a curse than it is actual charismatic ability at this point. This level of Charisma is sufficient for the creation of a worldwide religion that lasts for thousands of years. This level of Charisma has been achieved less by actual charismatic ability, and more by the fact that Nero is capable of offering the idea of her salvation to others. "If I trust this woman, I will be saved."

Personal Skills:

Imperial Privilege: EX
A skill that can show all sorts of effects, depending on what Nero requires. An incredible composite skill that grants Nero the ability to do effectively anything she wants... within reason. Most non-unique Personal Skills can be copied through the usage of this Skill.

Reformed Messiah: A+++
A skill showing Nero's status as one who fell to evil, yet was given the truest form of salvation. This skill grants Nero immunity to the attacks and abilities of those who fell to evil in life yet started out pure or innocent. Of course, this skill is something that shows absolute ability over evil. Of those who are evil, only those created or born evil have a chance at harming her through this skill.

Bearer of the Vessel of Salvation: EX
Thanks to the application of the concept of Salvation to her, Nero has gained access to something akin to the True Holy Grail. Instead of spewing forth a poison that corrupts and enslaves all life, this cup instead 'saves' whoever drinks from it. Absolving them of sin and purifying their body of any evils that cling to them.
Nero dislikes using it for anything more than this, though it can be used as a Noble Phantasm.
