  1. How to use loadiine.ovh
  2. -------------------------
  3.
  4. For SDCafiine:
  5. 1. Drop the mod you want to run on your SD card. On US this means you will have a folder called "0005000010144F00" on the root of your SD card. Then put the SD Card in your Wii U
  6. 2. In your Wii U browser go to the url "loadiine.ovh" (or better yet add it as a bookmark).
  7. 3. You should see a dropdown, a submit button and a few other things. In the dropdown pick "SDCafiine + Kernel" and hit submit. This will start the kernel exploit (Step 1).Then wait for it to close your browser back to the menu.
  8. 4. After that open back up the browser, if it doesn't automatically begin step 2 (SDCafiine) go back to loadiine.ovh and it will begin.
  9. 5. After SDCafiine pops up you hit A and it will exit you back to the Wii U menu.
  10. 6. Pick smash and you should be running mods.
  11.
  12. For Homebrew Launcher/ddd/etc:
  13. 1. Get whatever apps you want on the SD Card, here are some helpful links to get you started:
  14. 1a. Wii U Homebrew Launcher - https://github.com/dimok789/homebrew_launcher/releases
  15. 1b. ddd for HBL (Homebrew Launcher) - https://github.com/dimok789/ddd/releases
  16. 1c. FTPiiU - https://github.com/dimok789/ftpiiu/releases
  17. 1d. Loadiine GX2 (Not the website, the app used to run backups) - https://github.com/dimok789/loadiine_gx2/releases
  18. 2. From the zips you download you can drop the wiiu folder onto the root of your SD Card. HBL is needed to run any of them but the rest are optional. Just drop them onto the root of your SD Card and merge them.
  19. 3. Put your SD Card in your Wii U.
  20. 4. Go to the url "loadiine.ovh" in your Wii U browser. In the dropdown pick Homebrew Launcher (should be the first one). And hit submit.
  21. 5. HBL should start up, if you get an "SDCardMountFailure" or something similar try turning off your Wii U, taking out the SD Card, putting it back in and trying again from step 4. If it continues to be a problem then try formatting your SD Card or asking for help.
  22. 6. From HBL run any app you added in steps 1 and 2 and you are good to go. If you are trying to use ddd then continue in the next section.
  23.
  24. Using ddd through homebrew:
  25. 7. Download the titledumper from https://github.com/dimok789/ddd/releases for the version of ddd you downloaded and drag and drop the contained executable to any folder.
  26. 8. Shift + right click the window from wherever you put the executable. Then click open in command prompt (Note: on linux or OSX just get to the folder you put it in through the terminal).
  27. 9. Type "ipconfig", hit enter and look for the ipv4 for later.
  28. 10. Type "titledumper.exe /vol <FOLDER>" where <FOLDER> is the directory where you want to dump the game/app with quotation marks around it. This should pop up a message about waiting for the Wii U.
  29. 11. Launch ddd if you haven't already and input the ip address from earlier (step 9) using the dpad. Then press X.
  30. 12. You should return to the home menu. If you ended up somewhere else get to the home menu without opening anything else. Then select the game/app you want to dump, it'll freeze on boot (splash screen for smash). Make sure titledumper (PC Side) is showing activity.
  31. 13. Wait... a lot. It'll boot whatever game or app you did when it is done, if you think it stopped working restart from step 8. If the problem persists look for help.
