afc2 fix

Hi. So, many people are having issues installing afc2, having errors connecting to the server. Again, I bring a easy, yet powerfull fix.

1 - Download this file (http://www.mediafire.com/file/lj8z5o57i5au2y3/hosts) .
2 - Go to /private/etc/ and replace the hosts file with the one you just downloaded.
3 - Respring and install Apple File Conduit "2".

EDIT: As a bonus, that hosts file works as a global ad blocker on iOS, so 2 for 1 :D
