Hyversal
I learned alot from hyversal, hyversal is a server run by Kenzoo and JustPrimed, I was Trial-Mod for about a month before getting demoted, since i went in /h (Staff Mode) While fighting a friend, he was okay with it , I banned the player I tped to and we carried on, however a higher staff member saw it as me tping away mid pvp, it was a friend and he was okay with it, the staff member than reported it to one of the managers, who took me into his room and asked why I was abusing, I said that it was a friend and he was okay with it, and he said it would be okay since hes a friend, so thats a warn, untill later he checked how long i was in staff mode, (About a minute) so he then demoted me. I played, got my 200$ rank, than Kenzoo blacklisted me for no reason, "Pce" to be exact, I talked to him in his ts, and he said he blacklisted me for a reason but didnt know, along with the other owner and all the other staff, not known for the real reason of blacklisting me but I had to do something? No. It was a good experience, however the demoting was very unfair, I played the server for 11x the time and was staff 3x as long as the manager that demoted me, kind of disappointing.


Snowraces

A 1.9 factions server, a great start as a server, 15-20 players daily. I started out as a helper, and 3 weeks later was promoted to Moderator. Being a Mod I had to then ban and find the cheaters, instead of muting and alerting staff to ban the player. About 2 weeks of doing this and banning a total of 17 players, since the people who did play were new to the game, and there weren’t many hackers, I was promoted to Admin, I now had gmc, banip, mute, and world edit, giving me a huge advantage if I wanted to abuse, but I would never, and I kept continuing doing the normal, until I got promoted to Senior Admin, at this point I get Console, which was great, granted only me and 3 other people had it, Zack (The Owner) Jake (Co-Owner) and Brady (Developer), I then left the server, and quit, after 3 weeks, because of the reason of the Owner quitting, and trying to ETB, I took over as co-owner and Jake was owner now, I left mainly because the server had died too. I remember one specific day, where a donator came on with the top rank (15 dollars) and he was hacking, it was sad as he donated frequently, but I had to ban his after ssing and finding cracked harambe, this was back when it was just leaked. The owners then unbanned him, I explained what happened, and that I had recorded it, I had to explain what it was, because they dont ss. Eventually they banned him again, they didnt get much funding from then on however.This was a great first staff position, except for the ending, I worked my way up, had played the server for a year, in total.


MeepHCF

Decent Experience for 1 reason, it's HCF but only 3 players so there wasn't anything to do, on anyone, I was a helper and then left the server because of the server being completely abandoned and completely worthless. The day I got promoted, the owner messaged me on teamspeak and said I got accepted, I logged onto the server and got my rank on ts, it was crazy granted there was no way to check if your application had been viewed, they used a different system.


HCZone

Helper for about a week before it was ETB’d.The server was really well off until ½ of the staff team (not including me) did indeed ETB. HCZone was a great experience since I had played the server as the top rank, and not as a helper for a long time, the whole deal with HCZone was great until it was ETB’d.I still have the SS guide and Punishment guide if you would like me to link that to you. This server was great, however, was not the greatest experience as I couldn’t get promoted for the short time working there. 20-60 players daily. The specific day it got ETB’d, I realised that the server was dying, and that most of the staff team was on which never happened, and about ¾ of that staff team that was on ETB’d, it was horrible.


ToxicHCF

ToxicHCF, this was a horrible experience, as when I first joined they gave me op, I was staff, banned a few players who were cheating etc. till one of the random people that got op, ETB’d, and I banned them, didn’t have console or anything, and they kept coming back, so I is banned until they came on VPN and blacklisted me, Horrible experience, I still was staff and banned rightfully some players. The last day of me being on, before I was banned was very exciting having to ban the same guy over and over. I contacted the owner and he sent me the console, but then the password was changed by the dev, thinking that the console was hacked, but it wasn’t this day was horrible for me.Average 7-11 Players.


SavageRaids

This was a 1.8 Factions server, where there was no sign or anything, you just banned for cheating, except for when I came, I made an application and saying I could ss they accepted me and added the plugin, I had successfully found 3 mod ghost clients and 1 drek using cheater. I was accepted as mod, and immediately SS'ed someone who was reported 10+ times, so I found one mod client, the server averaging 15 players, I had already gotten 1 scum off the server, I found 2 more mod ghost clients and drek, then was promoted to admin, as admin, I now could perm ban without evidence, and ss without reports, I still did the norm until I resigned 3 weeks later after getting admin due to the server now having fewer players, averaging 4 players. This was a great experience being able to SS, and change the server for the better.
