Left v Right in Sweden

I contend that the Left downplaying is worse than the Right exaggerating.

1. Both are bad however the Right more often does a disservice to itself whereas the Left does a disservice to the nation for not allowing a debate to happen over an issue which it has thrust on Sweden and will have multigenerational repercussions (maybe even permanent ones)

2. Ultimately the Right is in fact trying to get a debate out there. The Left is the one silencing by downplaying the issue, misleading people, and using social repercussions to intimidate. In fact it could be argued that only by overstating the issue and getting people scared and angry that the silence was even broken. Because overreactions draw attention.
