HISTORY:
-Infrastructure: Founded during a time of peace and prosperity, shortly after the Andal invasion, when a period of expansion allowed lands to be freely distributed to loyal followers.
-Decline: ...That period did not last forever, however, and their influence dwindled with their land as the Casterlys found other favorites.
-Treachery: Disgruntled, the Tybalds gave their support to Lann the Clever and the nascent Lannisters.
-Ascent: This shift in masters led to a rise in their fortunes, claiming more land and more importantly influence with the Lannisters
-Infrastructure: Taking advantage of another time of peace and expansion, the Tybalds tended their own garden.  The Panther's Den, a small castle and seat to the family, is built upon the ruins of the ancient family hall.
-Infrastructure: This time, peace lasted.  Claims were fabricated on neighboring land, resulting in the taking of a patch of hilly land that proved to have gold in the soil.
-Favor: A spendthrift Lannister lord combined with the upswing in profit allows the Tybalds to arrange a marriage between their heir and a younger Lannister daughter.  This is used to leverage further expansion and a fine sept was constructed specifically for the ceremony.
