So I wanna start by saying that your terrain is okay.. The water flow is a little messy, and the cliff is too straight down. As well as that, the layers you've tried to create on top are just stair stepped and have no random or realistic quality too them. On the plus side, you mixed in cobble with stone, so that at least you had a variety of blocks to add detail to the palette. As well, it might be an idea to add some grass to the plot on top of the stone ^.^

Your organics are okay.. The tree is nice enough, though you could use more of them around :3
And structure wise, you don't have any. You always need a structure on a plot - start with a basic frame and expand from there. For small plots like these, I think it's nice to make a little atmospheric plot with some little houses and park areas.
