Nach Auskunft LBA und Verkehrsministerium: "Wenn wir sicherstellen, dass wir unter 30, bleiben wir nach dem Luftfahrtverkehrsgessetz $1 kein Luftfahrzeug udn brauchen demzufolage auch keine luftfahrtrechtliche Genehmigung."
Alle überflogenen, öffentlich zugänglichen Flächen wurden zum Zeitpunkt des Überflugs durch die Besitzer abgesperrt /der Öffentlichkeit unzugänglich gemacth.
Die Überflügge fanden nach Absprache mit dem jeweiligen Besitzer statt.

According to the LBA and Department of Transportation: "If we make sure we are under 30, we will not be able to get an aircraft under the $ 1 aviation network and will not need aviation approval."
All overflown, publicly accessible areas were closed off at the time of the overflight by the owners / made inaccessible to the public.
The overflights took place after arrangement with the respective owner.
